All pre-orders will be shipped on time for the official Release date. Our goal is for you to receive your product exactly at the launch of the new set – often it even arrives on the release day itself.

Yes, that is possible. Please note, however: If your order contains pre-orders, the entire order will be shipped together on the Release date. This way, you save on Shipping costs and receive everything safely in one package.

Sometimes manufacturers or distributors reschedule the Release date at short notice. If that happens, we will of course inform you immediately by email about the new shipping date. Your order will remain secure.

In 99.9% of all cases, we can fulfill every preorder because we deliberately set our available quantities cautiously based only on guaranteed delivery commitments.
